What should I do if the power indicator on my product does not light up when I try to charge it?Updated 17 days ago
If the power indicator doesn’t light up during charging, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue:
Re-insert the battery
Power off the device, remove the battery, and carefully re-insert it to ensure it’s properly seated and making full contact with the connection points.
Test with a different charger
Use a PD-compatible adapter with 65 W or higher output. Lower-power chargers may not activate charging or trigger the power indicator.
Check the charging cable and port
Try swapping the USB-C cable and inspecting the charging port for any debris or visible damage. Faulty cables or ports are common causes of charging issues.
Cross-test with another device
Use the same charger and cable with another PD-compatible device to confirm whether the issue is with the charger/accessories or the Hypershell product itself.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact Hypershell customer support for further assistance.
