Do I need to pay the full amount upfront, or can I place a deposit?

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. We currently do not offer a deposit or installment option.

Will I receive tracking information for my pre-order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its delivery status.

Can I change the model or size of my pre-order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify pre-orders once they’re placed—including changes to the model, size, or accessories. If you’d like to make changes, we recommend canceling your existing order and placing a new one before it ships.

Can I combine multiple pre-orders into one shipment?

At this time, we’re unable to combine multiple pre-orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed and shipped separately, and you’ll receive individual tracking information for each package. We appreciate your understanding.

Will the product be available in retail stores, and will the pricing be the same as the pre-sale?
