Why do I need to pay taxes or additional costs on my order, and are they included in the purchase price?Updated a month ago

Orders made during our crowdfunding campaigns on Kickstarter and Indiegogo, as well as early pre-orders from our online store, do not include tax costs. This is why these prices were lower than the standard retail price.

In most cases, if your order number does not start with #HSGL or #HSEU, the tax cost is not included in the payment made at checkout. When your package arrives, we recommend following the carrier’s instructions to complete any necessary tax payments. Failure to do so could delay or prevent your package from being delivered.

The taxes are determined based on the legal requirements in your region, and all payments are directed to and received by your local tax authorities.

In some special or remote areas, the local carrier may require an additional delivery fee. We completely understand that this may be unexpected, and we want to assure you that this fee is set by the local carrier, not by us.
