What should I do if the power indicator on my product does not light up when I try to charge it?Updated 3 hours ago

If the power indicator doesn’t light up during charging, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue:

Re-insert the battery

Power off the device, remove the battery, and carefully re-insert it to ensure it’s properly seated and making full contact with the connection points.

Test with a different charger

Use a PD-compatible adapter with 65 W or higher output. Lower-power chargers may not activate charging or trigger the power indicator.

Check the charging cable and port

Try swapping the USB-C cable and inspecting the charging port for any debris or visible damage. Faulty cables or ports are common causes of charging issues.

Check the equipment indicator lights

If the indicator light is not on, please charge the battery in the main unit for at least 4 hours.

Cross-test with another device

Use the same charger and cable with another PD-compatible device to confirm whether the issue is with the charger/accessories or the Hypershell product itself.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact Hypershell customer support for further assistance.
