Before checking for &quot;Completely Unable to Charge,&quot; please ensure the following prerequisites are met: Use a charger that supports at least 65W PD charging protocol, along with the included USB-C to USB-C cable; the charging environment should be between 0&#x2013;40&#xB0;C.If the battery is completely unable to charge, please check the following steps:<ol style="padding-left:24px;margin:0 0 14px;"><li style="font-size:16px;line-height:1.7;color:#1f2329;margin:0 0 8px;">Ensure the charger and cable support PD charging and are fully plugged in.</li><li style="font-size:16px;line-height:1.7;color:#1f2329;margin:0 0 8px;">Check that the charging port, battery contacts, and cable connector are dry, clean, and undamaged. Try a different socket.</li><li style="font-size:16px;line-height:1.7;color:#1f2329;margin:0 0 8px;">If the battery has been stored for an extended period, try charging it directly through the exoskeleton unit.</li><li style="font-size:16px;line-height:1.7;color:#1f2329;margin:0 0 8px;">Charge continuously for at least 4 hours to try and revive a deeply discharged battery.</li></ol>If there is still no charging response after following the above conditions and steps, and you have confirmed that you are using a certified 65W PD charger, please contact customer service for assistance.
