If your exoskeleton is not functioning as expected and is still within the return window, you may be eligible to return it. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
If your product is outside the return window but still under warranty, we’ll assist you with a repair or replacement as needed, in accordance with our warranty policy.
