How long is the warranty for the Hypershell exoskeleton?Updated a month ago

At Hypershell, we’re committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. Warranty coverage varies based on your region and how you purchased the product:

Warranty Periods:

    •    EU, Switzerland, and Norway: 2-year warranty

    •    All other regions: 1-year warranty

    •    Crowdfunding backers (Kickstarter/Indiegogo): +1 extra year added to the standard warranty (e.g. 3 years total in the EU)

Warranty Details:

    •    Coverage begins from the date your package is delivered

    •    Linked to the Product Serial Number (not the customer), and non-transferable to other products

    •    Covers manufacturer defects and other issues as defined in our warranty policy

Please provide the following when contacting customer support:

    •    Your Order Number

    •    A screenshot of your Hypershell order confirmation email
